How to delete your PASAPET account

You can delete your account and associated data from the app, or email us if you cannot access your account.

In the app (recommended)

Open PASAPET and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Open the Security (or account security) section.
Choose the option to delete your account and follow the on-screen steps to confirm.

By email

If you need help or cannot use the app, contact us at info@pasapet.com. from the email address linked to your account (or describe how we can verify you). Say that you want your account and related data deleted. We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity before processing the request, as described in our Privacy Policy.
